By creating an account or using CareerBot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CareerBot is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing AI-powered resume tools, ATS analysis, interview preparation, career coaching, and related career services. Features vary by plan (Free, Pro, Enterprise).

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features.

Paid subscriptions are billed in INR through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges per your selected plan until you cancel. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful purposes. AI outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for verifying accuracy before use in job applications.

We own the platform, branding, and software. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job offers or interview outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
