Shipping & Delivery Policy

CareerBot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not ship physical goods. All products and features are delivered digitally through your web browser.

Free plan: Access is granted immediately upon account creation.

Pro plan: Upon successful Razorpay payment, Pro features are activated instantly on your account. No waiting period.

Enterprise: Access is provisioned within 1–2 business days after contract confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation from Razorpay for payments and a welcome email from CareerBot when your plan is activated. You can verify your plan status in Dashboard → Billing.

We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. If a prolonged outage prevents access for more than 24 hours on a paid plan, contact support for a pro-rated credit.
