CareerBot ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and SaaS platform at careerbot.co.in and related domains. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our services.

Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and profile details you provide.

Career data: resumes, job descriptions, interview answers, voice recordings (processed in real time; not stored by default), and application tracking data.

Payment data: billing is processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card or UPI details on our servers.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, device/browser type, and analytics events for product improvement.

We use your data to provide AI resume enhancement, ATS scoring, interview coaching, job matching, billing, customer support, security, and product analytics. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Resume and interview content may be sent to OpenAI and other AI providers solely to deliver the features you request. Voice audio is transcribed for coaching feedback. You may delete your account data at any time from Settings.

We retain account and career data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where law requires retention (e.g. payment records).

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting support@careerbot.co.in. Indian users may exercise rights under applicable data protection laws.
